How do I send my laundry?

You can stop by our store or simply message us to arrange a pickup. We collect directly from your hotel, Airbnb, or apartment in central Ho Chi Minh City.

How Does the Laundry Process Work?

We receive your laundry, inspect and sort each item, then cold wash, tumble dry, and neatly fold everything before returning it to you.

When will I get my clothes back?

Your laundry is usually ready within 24 hours. Need it sooner? Express service is available for a small additional charge.

Do you provide pickup and delivery?

Yes. We offer door-to-door pickup and delivery in District 1, District 3, and Binh Thanh. Delivery fee ranges from 15,000–20,000 VND depending on distance.
