1. Payment Policy

All orders placed with WASH AND FOLD IN TOWN, a professional laundry service in Ho Chi Minh City operated by ALOHA LAUNDRY CO, require full payment at the time of drop-off or order confirmation for pickup and delivery laundry services. Orders may not be processed until payment is completed. All prices listed for our wash and fold service, dry cleaning service, express laundry, and 24-hour laundry service are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Additional charges may apply for express processing, special fabric care, or oversized items.

2. Laundry Sorting and Customer Responsibility

Customers are encouraged to sort laundry according to personal preferences, including separation of whites, colors, delicates, or special-care garments before submitting items for our wash and fold or dry cleaning service. While our team follows professional textile care standards, we recommend customers check all pockets and remove personal belongings prior to drop-off. WASH AND FOLD IN TOWN is not responsible for items left inside garments. Items without care labels will be processed according to professional judgment and standard laundry procedures commonly applied in high-quality laundry services in District 1, District 3, and surrounding central areas.

3. Bedding, Towels, and Large Items

Bedding, blankets, comforters, and towels are washed separately from regular clothing to ensure hygiene and proper care standards. These items are charged separately from standard laundry loads. Pricing may vary depending on size, weight, and fabric type to maintain the highest quality wash and fold service standards.

4. Care and Handling Disclaimer

WASH AND FOLD IN TOWN applies professional cleaning techniques suitable for residential customers, tourists, and business travelers using laundry services in Ho Chi Minh City. However, due to the nature of textile processing, slight shrinkage, color fading, or texture changes may occur during standard washing, drying, or dry cleaning processes. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, weakened fibers, normal wear and tear, or manufacturer defects. We reserve the right to refuse items heavily soiled with hazardous or unsafe substances.

5. 24-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the cleaning results, we offer one complimentary rewash within 24 hours after delivery or pickup. To qualify, items must remain unused and in their original packaging, and customers must notify us promptly. Requests submitted beyond 24 hours may not be eligible for free reprocessing. This policy applies to our wash and fold service, express laundry, and dry cleaning service.

6. Storage Policy

WASH AND FOLD IN TOWN will store completed laundry orders for up to 30 days after customer notification. After 30 days, a storage fee of 30,000 VND may apply. Items unclaimed beyond this period may be donated to charity or disposed of without further liability. This policy ensures proper operational flow for our pickup and delivery laundry service in central Ho Chi Minh City.

7. Damage and Loss Compensation

In the unlikely event of damage or loss directly caused during the laundry process, WASH AND FOLD IN TOWN will assess the condition of the affected item based on fabric type, age, and care instructions. Compensation is limited to a maximum of 100% of the service fee for the affected item, provided a valid purchase invoice is presented. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, natural fabric behavior such as color bleeding or shrinkage, or items cleaned against care label instructions at the customer’s request.

8. Pickup and Delivery Service

Our pickup and delivery laundry service operates in District 1, District 3, Binh Thanh, and selected central areas of Ho Chi Minh City. Delivery fees may vary depending on distance. Customers are responsible for ensuring availability to receive their items. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or force majeure events beyond our control.

9. Website Use and Digital Services

This website is provided for informational purposes and service booking for our laundry service in Ho Chi Minh City. All website content, branding, images, and service descriptions are the intellectual property of ALOHA LAUNDRY CO. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WASH AND FOLD IN TOWN shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or laundry services. Service-related liability is limited as stated in Section 7 of this Policy.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services, including wash and fold service, express laundry, and dry cleaning in Ho Chi Minh City, constitutes acceptance of any updates.
